A night of sleep

Well, I have to commemorate a certain event. Coen did a big thing last night. He slept for almost 10 hours straight. He has come nowhere near that amount before. He doesn't often get that much sleep in one day. I am almost certain we will not have a repeat performance any time soon, so I want this date to go down in history.

If you're the finger-crossing type, please cross a few for us.

Thank you, Coen. Your mommy REALLY needed a good night of sleep. Now if you can just do that every night in combination with a good nap or 2, your mom would be a new woman. She might even get to shower at some point before you begin kindergarten.

Are you giddy with rest? Maybe this is the beginning of a new thing out at the dirt farm! I've got it all crossed.

YAY I'll say a little prayer for youuuuuuuuu (forever and ever you'll stay in my heart and I will love you forever and ever.....) now ya got me singing.....

The pic of Coen below is GORGEOUS!!!! MAN he is a beautiful kid!!!

I loved reading all about Fin's adventures and agree about the mulch pile. Madda LOVED crawling around in the hay last year that I was like "Where can I get me some of this here hay?" And yes, I said it just like that - like I was rasied by wolves!

Hope Coey gives you some more nice nights!!!

Yeah, Alina! I'm so glad you have a sleeper. Congratulations. I lucked out with Fiona and she's a good sleeper, but I'm sure my challenges will come. Coen is such a sweetie. I can't wait to meet him in person. Stop by the library some Friday (the only full day I now routinely work).
