Later from Fintan while sitting on the toilet, complete with appropriate hand motions:

down came the rain and washed the spider out!
out came the sun and dried up all the rain

That's like my daughter who kept singing "brown girl in the ring, tra-la-la-la-la" over and over and over...and over today. Geesh kids. Give it up! The songs DO have endings! Maybe if we teach them some cool pose at the end with jazz hands, they'll quit with the repetition!
